Form 2.

 

Application and understanding of self defence techniques from the previous Forms.

 

Kick set 3. 

 Attacks to the front: Attention stance. Step back with right foot to left 45horse. Execute a right front kick, planting your right foot forward into a right 45 horse. Step through with your left foot into front crossover and perform a right side kick, planting your right foot forward into a right 45 horse. Shuffle forward into right cat stance and kick with a right front roundhouse kick, planting your right foot forward into a right 45 horse stance. Execute a left snap kick to groin and planting your left foot forward into a left 45 horse stance.

 

Attacks to the back: Bring right foot into right cat stance and step out into right 45 horse... Execute a left front kick, planting your left foot forward into a left 45 horse. Step through with your right foot into front crossover and perform a left side kick, planting your left foot forward into a left 45 horse. Shuffle forward into left cat stance and kick with a left front roundhouse kick, planting your left foot forward into a left 45 horse stance. Execute a right snap kick to groin and planting your right foot forward into a right 45 horse stance.

 

Attacks to left hand side: Left cat stance…left snap front kick to stomach…shuffle forward and perform left roundhouse….shuffle forward and perform a left side kick…

 

Attacks going to right hand side: Swivel right leg back to right 45 horse…Go into right cat stance…right snap front kick to stomach…shuffle in and perform a right roundhouse kick… shuffle in performing a right side kick…

 

Attacks going to front again: Step back with right twist stance into left 45 horse…. Lift right knee and perform a right snap kick…land in right 45 horse…raise left knee and perform a left snap kick… land in left 45 horse…. Step up to 90 horse to complete the set.

 

Techniques.

 

1.  Straight punch to lower stomach.

 Stepping into a left 45 deg. Horse doing a right downward outward windmill block. Follow up with a roundhouse kick to the stomach followed by a right knee to the chest. Grabbing his shoulder execute a left sweep taking him to the ground and follow up with your own tech.

 

 2.  Straight punch.

 Step into a left 45 deg. Horse doing a left inward block, hit with a right forearm shot to the groin or solar plexus. Deliver a left hammer shot to the base of the spine and a right hammer fist to the base of the skull.

 

3.  Straight punch.                                              

 Step into a right 45 deg. Horse doing a right inward block. Hit with a right elbow shot to the solar plexus. Cock the arm and deliver another right elbow to the face.

 

4.  Single wrist grab.

 Shuffle back on your left foot hooking his wrist up violently follow up with a right front kick to the groin and a right thrust punch to the face.

 

5.  Right hook.

 Step into a right 45 deg. Horse doing double chop blocks. Grab opponents arm at the wrist and elbow. Step back with your right foot as you force your opponent forward towards the ground and deliver either a knee shot or kick to the face.

 

6.  Overhead weapon.

 Stepping into a left 45 deg. Horse doing left inward right outward windmills. Give a right roundhouse kick to the solar plexus. Left hammer fist to the base of the spine and right hammer fist to the Groin. Finish off with a right claw shot to the eyes.

 

7.  Back choke.

 Bring your right foot across behind your left twisting into right bow arrow stance as you execute a right outward block and left inward elbow to his kidneys/ floating ribs. Grab his shoulders and finish off with a right knee shot to the stomach/ Groin.

 

 8.  Single lapel grab.

 Step back with the left leg into horse stance. As you grab his wrist with your left hand and deliver a right forearm shot to his elbow. Step across your left foot with your right foot as you use the push points above the elbow to force your opponent down. Finish off with a right back knuckle to his face and right downward elbow to his spine.

 

9.  Single lapel grab.

Grab his wrist with your left hand as you deliver a right inward block to his elbow and a right blade kick to his knee. Plant right foot forward and deliver a right downward elbow to his arm followed by an upward elbow to his heart/face and finish off with a chop to st.6.

 

10. Front bear hug arms free.

 Place left hand behind his head and use right half fist to push point Du. 21.  Follow up with a downward hammer fist to du. 17.

 

 Application Techniques.

 

All kicks are done slow and fast. Front kick, Snap kick, side kick, Roundhouse, Reverse roundhouse, and Back kick.

Focus test on punches and kicks. Punching and kicking as you hit a target such as a pen or even a nunchaku held upright in the hand.
