                 Green Belt syllabus.

       

              Punch set 1.

Attention stance, step out with left leg to 90 horse and place fists on hips. Straight punch with right hand to groin, straight punch with left hand to stomach, straight punch with right hand to chest and straight punch with left hand to head then straight punch to solar plexus with right fist. Step up to right cat stance and go into right 45 horse and hit with right jab and left opposite punch (Jab and punch in line with your 90 horse stance). Step up to left cat stance and then go into left 45 horse and hit with a left jab and right opposite punch (Jab and punch in line with your 90 horse stance). Step back to left cat stance and then out with left leg to 90 horse stance. Now step up to attention stance.

 

Stance set 2.

 Attention stance… Step out with left foot to 90 horse… Right cat stance and then right 45 horse… Left cat stance then step into left 45 horse…Left twist stance then right 45 horse… move into right bow arrow and then reverse bow arrow… Right 45 cat stance then 90 horse….right twist stance to left 45 horse then into left bow arrow and then left reverse bow arrow stance…Left twist stance and into right 45 horse…. Right twist stance and into left 45 horse… Right front cross over and then step out to 90 deg.  horse stance.

 

 Techniques.

 

1.  Straight punch.

 Step back with right foot to left 45 deg. Horse stance doing a left outward windmill block followed by a left finger poke to the eye. Execute a right kick to the groin landing in front and finishing off with a right thrust punch to the face.

 

 2. Straight punch.

 Step into a right 45 deg. Horse stance doing a right inward block. Cover off with left hand. Right downward back knuckle to the face allowing the shot to complete a full circle and hitting with a second back knuckle to the face with the same hand. Follow up with a left punch to the face and then a right half fist to the throat as you cover off with the left hand.

 

3. Right hook.

 Stepping into a right bow arrow stance doing a left outward windmill block. Cocking the right hand at the right ear execute a right claw chop to the head and neck.

 

4. Long kick.

 Step back to left 45 deg. Horse doing a left downward block. Kick to groin with right leg landing in front. Grab opponent’s hair and pull him down and to the side finishing off with a right palm shot to the face.

 

 5. Double lapel grab.

 Step forward into a short right cat stance. Hitting with a left palm shot to the face and a right palm shot to the groin simultaneously. Step out to a right 45 deg. Horse stance doing a right inward and left outward windmill block followed by a left finger poke to the eye and a right punch to the kidneys or ribs.
