Kick set 1.
Attention stance 90 horse stance Step back into left 45 horse stance… Right neutral kick position then right front kick. Right neutral kick position then land into right 45… Left neutral kick position then left front kick. Left neutral kick position then land into left 45………Step back into left cat stance. Left Front kick then …..back to neutral kick position…..then land behind with left leg into Right 45 horse stance……… Step back into right cat stance. Right Front kick then …. back to neutral kick position…. then land behind with right leg into left 45 horse stance…… Step up to right cat stance facing the right hand side with arms in protection position… then step out with the right foot to 90 horse stance……. Salutation and then step up bringing in the left foot into attention stance
1. Straight punch.
Step forward into a left 45 deg. horse stance doing a left inward block followed by a right punch to the kidneys.
2. Straight punch.
Step forward into right 45 deg. Horse stance doing a right inward block followed by a left punch to the solar plexus and right inward chop to side of neck.
3. Straight punch.
Step forward into left 45 deg. Horse doing a right outward block followed by a hammer fist to the kidneys of your opponent.
4. Straight punch.
Step forward into a right 45 deg. Bow arrow stance doing a left outward windmill block, pivoting to horse execute a right upper palm shot to the chin.
5. Straight punch.
Step forward into a left 45 deg. Horse stance doing a left inward block. Follow up with a right punch to the kidneys left punch to the head and finally a right punch to the kidneys.
