 Form 1.

 

 Kick Set 2.

Attention stance 90 horse stance Step back into left 45 horse stance… Right neutral kick position then right front kick Right neutral kick position then land into right 45… Left neutral kick position then left front kick Left neutral kick position then land into left 45…  left foot into left cat…. stance and then move it across into left 45…. Right neutral kick position then right side kick Right neutral kick position then land in right 45…. Left neutral kick position then left side kick Left neutral kick position then land in left 45… right foot into right cat stance and then move right foot into right 45… Left neutral kick position then left roundhouse Left neutral kick position then land left 45… Right neutral kick position then a right roundhouse Right neutral kick position then land in right 45… with right foot step back to right cat stance and then step out to 90 horse with right fist inside the left hand (salutation).

 

Techniques.

 

1 . Straight punch.

 Stepping forward into a right 45 deg  horse stance doing a right inward chop block followed by a right chop to the throat. Execute a left palm shot to the face followed by a finger poke to the solar plexus.

 

2. .Right hook.

 Step forward into right 45 deg. Horse stance doing a left outward windmill block follow up with a right palm shot to the face and then a left and right palm shot to the face.

 

3.  Back choke.

 Grabbing your opponents right hand with your left hand step back on your right foot to 45 deg, horse executing a right downward elbow right upward elbow to his heart and chin follow up with a right inward chop to his neck.

 

4. Front cross choke.

 Step forward on the right foot into short stance delivering a mid finger weapon into the solar plexus with the right hand. Swing the right arm out delivering a right hammer fist to the temple and a right back knuckle to the face.

 

5.Single lapel grab. (Left hand.)

 Step forward with the right foot slightly as you cover off with the left hand. Deliver a right thumb knuckle between the tendons of the left hand. right upward elbow to the chin and left punch to the solar plexus.

 

6. Attempted high grab.

 Step back with right leg doing two outward windmill palm blocks. Chop to solar plexus with right chop to nose or throat with left chop and finish off with a right finger poke to the eyes.

 

7. Waist grab from behind arms pinned. (form 2 )

 Punching down and ripping up with both hands on his groin .Pull one arm out as you move from one 90 deg. Horse stance to another holding one of your opponents arms by the wrist as you execute an inward block with the upper arm and an upper cut with the same hand at thee same time.

 

8. Long kick.

 Step in to right 45 deg. Horse stance doing a left downward block followed with a right punch to the groin. Smashing both palm heels down on his shoulders , now grab him by the shoulders and pull him forward onto a left knee shot to the chest, then a left blade kick to his right knee. Follow up with a right hammer fist to his head or kidneys (whichever target is available).

 

9. Front bear hug arms free.

 Stepping back on the right leg deliver a left back knuckle to your opponents left temple or g.b. 20. Grab his hair and as you pull his head back deliver a right palm shot to his chin. Grab his shoulders and pull him forward for a knee shot to the solar plexus follow up with a right inward elbow shot to the head and a reverse hammer shot to the groin.   

 

10. Kick.

 Step out to a left 45 deg. Horse doing a right downward block execute a right blade kick behind his right knee followed by a right chop to his neck.

 

Application Techniques.

 

1. Focus check on punches

2. Punch combination using a partners hands or pads as a striking target.
