Form 3. 

 

Techniques.

 

1. Straight punch.

Step into a left 45 deg. Horse doing a left inward block. Hit with a reverse chop (ridge hand) to the groin with the right hand as you pivot to a bow arrow stance. Step forward with the right foot and execute a right inward elbow to the head. Now step back with your left foot and grab his lower leg with your right hand. Pulling his leg towards you hit his thigh with a right downward shot.

 

2. Straight punch.

 Jump into a left cat stance doing a left inward block and cocking your right fist on your chest .Give him a right blade kick to his right Knee, as you plant your foot behind him deliver a right back knuckle to his kidneys and finish off with a right inward elbow to his face.

 

3. Straight punch.

 Step forward into a right 45 deg. Horse doing a right inward block, and followed by a right elbow shot to the face/solar plexus. Follow up with a left palm shot to the solar plexus step across to twist stance with the left foot and execute a right hammer fist to the head/ribs.

 

4. Left punch. 

 Step into a right bow arrow stance doing a left outward windmill block. Cocking the right hand at the right ear deliver a right chop to the neck. Execute a left inward elbow shot to the ribs step across with your left leg to twist stance and deliver a right hammer fist to his kidneys as you pivot to right 45 deg. Horse.

 

5. Left punch.

As you step forward with your right foot execute a right extended outer block cover off with the left hand. Shuffle forward executing an upward elbow to the heart and follow up with a reverse hammer fist to the groin and right upper cut to the chin. Finish off with a left palm shot to the solar plexus.

 

6. Knife thrust.

Step forward with your right foot doing a downward outward windmill block with your left hand. Grab his wrist with your right and left hand as you step back with your right foot and twist his arm to the right. Force him to the ground and finish off with a knee or kick to the face.

 

7. Overhead weapon.

 Step forward into a short left stance doing a left upward block. As you step through with your right foot  inter-lock your right arm with your left and trapping his arm between yours. Force arm to the right and also forward making him drop the weapon. Extend right arm over his head and hit with ridge hand to st.9.  Grab right hand with left and as you sweep your right leg back press on st9. Forcing your opponent to the ground.

 

8. Front choke.

 Step forward slightly with your right foot and execute a left punch to the face and a right punch to the solar plexus simultaneously. Step back with the right leg as you do a left downward shot to his arms and followed by a right poke to the eyes. Step forward with the right foot and execute a left Palm shot to the solar plexus and right hammer fist to the left temple.

 

9. Double wrist grab from behind.

Stepping forward on your left foot and across your right and holding on to his wrists. Pivot body around to right 45 deg horse facing your opponent. Release your right hand and carry out a figure of 8 movement doing a right back knuckle to the head and finish off with a right downward elbow to his spine/head. Grab his head with both hands and execute a knee shot.

 

10.  Arm lock from behind.

Step forward on your right foot pulling your opponent in on you then pivot back to left bow arrow stance executing a left elbow to his solar plexus followed by a left knife hand to the groin. Stepping through on the right leg to 45 deg . horse execute a right palm shot to his face.
